Sunday 7th October 2012 
Up 6:30, bugger.  Got Phil up at 7:30, trip up town with him to get some money out the bank.  11 mile bike ride - quite good and hope to get a climb on Strava tomorrow when have uploaded it.

Helped Lucy with her trigonometry homework - thank the Lord for Google is all I can say - the amount of stuff I've forgotten is unreal!  Sunflowers still bringing in the bees and the butterflies - still summer just!



This butterfly is called a Comma from what I can tell and is described as a tatty Tortoiseshell! 


Monday 8th October 2012
Up at 5:00am!  (went bed not long after 8pm, mind).Had made some dough and put it in fridge night before to see whether could make cobs in morning.  So got them out to bring em up to room temp.  Went a 3.5 mile run,

Tuesday 9th October 2012
Really tired this morning - didn't get up til almost 6am.  Did Phil's packup then out for a quick blast on the Boardman.  Jeez, talk about cold - down green lane near the river it must have been close to freezing - will need to dig out the gloves I reckon. 

4.5 miles better than nowt.

Wednesday 10th October 2012
Up at 5am.  Bloody drains blocked again. 2 mile run, watch playing up.  Got back woke Phil.  Went to fetch papers on bike, another 4.5 miles nowt special but somethin.  Plumber coming first thing.  Took Phil to work. Into office early, olde worlde unix problem to fix.

Went to a group in Eckington - very good.

Thursday 11th October 2012
Couldn't get up.  Went for quick ride up town and back at 6:25!  Three miles, better than nowt.

Friday 12th October 2012
Went to bed earlier last night so got up earlier this morning.  2 mile run to kick off.  Pace getting closer to 10 minute miles again.  http://connect.garmin.com/activity/232532612

Then did five miles on the bike - nice steady stuff, forgot to stop the watch when I fetched the paper so it looks a lot slower than it really was.

Went to see Hollie's Slimming World group in Belper - very good.

Saturday 13th October 2012
Up at 4am to take the bovine warrior to work.  Fetched him back about 9:15, Piccy B's at 9:30.  Golfin at 12:09 all good.
