Up at 5:50, on road for 6:15 back home about 10:00!  18.1 miles done so absolutely cream crackered but such is life!
The route was-  Clifton - Mayfield - Mappleton - Thorpe - Tissington - Knivetonwood - Kniveton - Moorend - Osmaston - Wyatson - Clifton
Activity on Garmin Connect:

Wierdly enjoyable as the scenery on the run is beautful, that is undeniable.

Monday 13th August 2012
Think I deserve a rest day so had brekko and then into work early!  On saying that am not hobbling about like last week which is nice!

Tuesday 14th August 2012
Picked me dad up and then went to t'other side of Bradford for two days golfing at Hollins Hall courtesy of the kind folks at work.

Finding my way round the first day - scraped round in 97!!

Top scram in the evening - gorgeous rib-eye steak but overkill with chips and fried onion rings. Total overkill!  £4 a pint for Stella, jeez Louise.

Wednesday 15th August 2012
Decent breakfast at Hollins Hall Marriot then some more golfin.   Took a nine on the ninth which wrecked the card but think went round in 94 with a couple of lost balls - am going to upload the round from freecaddie pro in a bit then I'll have some stats!!!

Me dad pitching over the bunker to the green on Holling Hall signature hole called guess what... The Viaduct.  Can't imagine why.

Me dad and I on one of the tees - lord, it was a slow day on the links.  4hrs 15 minutes to go round, about 50 minutes longer than the previous day I think.

Thursday 16th August 2012
Up at 3:50am (oh yes), on train from Derby at 5:10, in London 7:10,  Sharepoint course started 9:30am, back on train home at 17:40, got off it at 17:45 and got onto the 17:55 (an hour quicker apparently than the 17:45) and back home about 8:10.  All done, no exercise, v. tired.

Friday 17th August 2012
Up at 6am, v tired, took Phil to work at 6:40, in the office for 8:20.  All going okay but no exercise again - which I'm not too worried about as have 18.6 miles to run on Sunday!

Saturday 18th August 2012
Bit tired this morning.  Went to bed early enough but got up at 4am to take Phil to work.  He's sorted his ped out now so should be able to get a couple of hours extra tomorrow morning before the big run.  Retirement beckons thereafter I reckon!

We're dog-sitting again this week - a bit of a biffer this one though, a full-on bulldog called Henry.  We'll see how that goes!

Sunday, 5 August 2012

Sunday 5th August 2012 to Saturday 11th August 2012

Sunday 5th August 2012
Went to bed at 8:30 last night to catch up on sleep.  Up early this morning out on road and got 11.3 miles run at a slow but okay considering 11.33min/mile pace.  Not a bad start - misty miseable looking day, mind.
http://connect.garmin.com/activity/207246462

Got cars washed.  Trip to Uttoxeter for an angsty late lunch, shopping back home.

Monday 6th August 2012
Up early'ish.  Run up town and back to get papers.  Satellite tracking was all over the place though so no meaningful data to get from it!
http://connect.garmin.com/activity/207246467
Got all mowing done which is turning into a bit of a pig.  All good.

Tuesday 7th August 2012
Just run up town and back.  Bang on 10min/mile pace.
http://connect.garmin.com/activity/207629489
Good enough.
A day of bandit hunting then tea and a bit of golf to finish.
http://connect.garmin.com/activity/208001172
Plagued by buzzy flies during the golf.  Reminded me of hay-making with uncle Peter many years ago.

Wednesday 8th August 2012
Woke up very tired.  Managed a walk up town and back.  Watered all the tomatoes and stuff then off to work.  http://connect.garmin.com/activity/208001179
Harvested some of the spuds and a bit of gardening done in the evening.

Thursday 9th August 2012
Got up nice and early - got Phil up who seems to be happy to be working all hours when he should be revising for his theory test.  Couldn't get going but eventually got out on the road for a quick paper run up town and back.  http://connect.garmin.com/activity/208360688

Did three miles of golf as well later on but watch started saying low battery warning so only first mile or so is recorded - played quite well really though could do with a bit more practice really.

Friday 10th August 2012
Rest day.  In prep for a big run on Sunday.

Saturday 11th August 2012
Sort of a rest day but walked up town ahead of Derbyshire vs South Africa tour match at Derby.  Dropping Phil off for his theory test as well which he passed bless him.

Sunday 29th July 2012 to Saturday 4th August 2012

Went on hols to wales.  Did lots of fishing, kayakingand drinking, no running (will have to catch up on that pretty darn quick!).  Went to Amlwch, Cemlyn Bay, Penhros Coastal Park, fished Cemlyn, Borthwen, Church Bay.  All over the spot really.
AJ caught a common eel amongst others.

PJ caught a schoolie bass as they're called.
AJ also caught caught a smooth hound which was a first for us!

While we was there saw a Cinnabar moth at the side of the road - never seen one before pretty looking thing:  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cinnabar_moth

Sunday 22nd July 2012 to Saturday 28th July 2012

Sunday 22nd July 2012
Woke up by rain early doors, up and about by 5am. Went a walk at 6am. http://connect.garmin.com/activity/202194565

Got everything packed up and homeward bound by 11am. All good stuff I think. Unloaded car in good time for tea over at mum and dad's.  Pip chased the cat then peed in the bathroom - all good stuff.

Picture of me in the yakkety at Church Bay as always click on it to zoom.

Monday 23rd July 2012
Realised I'd left laptop at mum and dad's so had to go over to Darley Dale before going to work which meant getting up a lot earlier.  Took the Pipster out for a walk, 2 miles okay first though
http://connect.garmin.com/activity/202194570

Out for food at Stepping Stones, Ashbourne which I really enjoyed but everyone else moaned about.  Never mind.  Took Pipster a last walk before Will came to fetch her away.  Aaahh.

Tuesday 24th July 2012
Up really early but not nearly early enough, 5:05 and Phil not gone to work.  Got him up, got his shed opened up for him, got him off to work like a bullet!  All good.   Got loads of stuff done - watered everything in sight if remotely green.  Did a quick run up town and back to fetch papers at 9:42 pace so not too bad all things considered.  Have got to sort Phil's bike insurance out today - did his car insurance last night - only cost just over three times  the value of his car (thieving sh*tehawks Insurance companies are - posh robbing bookies.

Anyway, run details are: http://connect.garmin.com/activity/202534620

Wednesday 25th July 2012
Recovering from yesterday.  Played golf round Ashbourne with Mike from work in the hottest conditions possible about 300 degrees and zero wind which is extremely unusual in itself.  Golf details here http://connect.garmin.com/activity/202873891

Got back from golf, our Andrew was already at  ours.  Fitted some roof bars I'd got with a roof box that wouldn't fit on our Zafira so now he's sorted for Kayak transporting.

Got a load of boxes made to send out some golf clubs sold on Ebay.  All good stuff.

Thursday 26th July 2012
Struggled out of bed, hot tired.  Got out on the road late, a very slow 2.5 miles and only just back home for 7am.   Never mind.  http://connect.garmin.com/activity/203198222

Into work in good time as usual.  Saw a top cartoon in paper this morning:

Made me laugh anyway.

Sunday, 15 July 2012

Sunday 15th July 2012 to Saturday 21st July 2012

Sunday 15th July 2012
Got up at 8:30 knackered.  Such is life.  Did just short of 8 miles at sub 10 min/mile pace so that was quite good.  http://connect.garmin.com/activity/199790141
Seal shape again!

Went to Stoke to look at a new car for the boss.  Put a deposit down.

Given ten groundsheet a bit of a clean and checked it's all dry.  It was okay so packed it up again and put it in shed!

Got to go up to clubhouse for 7:30 for captain's day presentation.  Have had an email from HowDidIDo.co.uk saying I've won so that's good enough for me!  The back nine for reference went par, quad bogey, par, birdie, par, bogey, bogey, birdie, par - best return I've ever had for back nine and front nine was a shot better starting with four boiges, then birdie on 5th, bogie on 6th, pars on 7,8 and 9!!  Awesome round.

Above: round of 79, 46 points and handicap dropped to 15 unfortunately.

Monday 16th July 2012
Weather looking v. crappy so went up town in car.  Got everything sorted out, got to work early.  Think am going to go out on bike later tonight.

Tuesday 17th July 2012
Tired but got up.  Weather crappy again.  Ran up town and back 2.5 miles at 9:44 pace.   Acceptable but ought to have done more.  Am definitely going a bit lazy.   Thinking of getting a new tent so I am.
http://connect.garmin.com/activity/200140627

Wednesday 18th July 2012
Up early but not motivated to get out on road early.  2.5 miles again at around 10min/mile pace which I thought would turn out better really as I was did first mile in 9:38 or something like so wonder if I switched clock off when went in to fetch the paper or not?  Anyroad t'is what t'is.
http://connect.garmin.com/activity/200475764

Thursday 19th July 2012
Not a great day.  Was up til 3am doing archiving before I drew a line under it. Went to bed, got up at 3:45 and it was done, kept thinking it'll finish soon but I think it was a touch of the watched kettle never boils law coming into play.  Went back to bed at 4am and then got up at 7am, knackered and justifiably so!

Friday 20th July 2012
Went to bed early, got up late, got into work at 8am but well-tired.  Phil's birthday yesterday so we went out so didn't even get any Badminton done!  Never mind.  Here's a picture of me golfing trophy!

Saturday 21st July 2012
Going to take Kayak to Wales today.  Am leaving it there so that next week there's less to take when whole family goes.  We've got Pip for the weekend so Saturday started off with taking her for a walk then off to Wales.

Got to Wales went out in the Kayak for maybe an hour.  Didn't catch anything but it was glorious on the water!   Went fishing at night caught a dogfish but missed another bite.  Sea like a millpond didn't suit the bass (brother caught one the previous evening.

Tuesday, 10 July 2012

Sunday 8th July 2012 to Saturday 14th July 2012

Sunday 8th July 2012
Wet again!  You cannot beat welsh weather for variety - fifty different kinds of rain.  Anyway such is life.  Went for a run first thing - five slow miles but by crikey t'is hilly!

http://connect.garmin.com/activity/198034529

Went to fish a mark I'd scouted out in April called Ringbolt which is  near a mark called the range.  Rained on us, the rock turned to ice so not much fun.  Brother got a small pollack but that was is.  Anyway, it's ticked off the list now!

Fished the low tide coming in on the beach - 1 dogfish and 1 little bass, that kept us interested!   Nice end to the day after much sitting in the tent listening to the rain.

Monday 9th July 2012
Got up went down the beach.  Waited til lunch time no rain got tent dried out, got packed up got back home!  Had had enough of the weather! Took a smidge under four hours with kayak on the roof.  Got stuff unloaded and then spent a bit of time with the 303 spray doing the underside of the yak.

Tuesday 10th July 2012
Up at 7am to get Phil up.  His moped kaputted again so took him to work.  Took boss and Lucy to Derby shopping which was okay.

Wednesday 11th July 2012
Raining when got up so did a quick run up town and back.
http://connect.garmin.com/activity/198034535

Thursday 12th July 2012
Up early doors, decent looking day according to XCWeather.co.uk so did a Cycle2Work.  Very good.
http://connect.garmin.com/activity/198368582

Cycled back, http://connect.garmin.com/activity/198682780 (includes a bit in the car when forgot to switch it off), tea, then Badminton with Lucy all good.

Friday 13th July 2012
Raining when got up so didn't run.  Have to stop late at work so might have a session in the gym.

Didn't have a session in gym, got away about 5:30 which was okay.  Got home and did some archiving mullarkey til 1am!!!

Saturday 14th July 2012
Got up at 4am to see if it had done. It had thank the lordie.  Set off the importer and went back to bed!!
Got up proper at gone 9am!  Fetched brekko when Phil got up about 10am.  Got golf stuff ready for tee-off at 12:30 and proceeded to have the best round of my life.  Even with three three-putts and a hideous eight on the 11th hole I still managed to break 80!  39 for the front nine and 40 for the back means a good chance of taking first for the Captain's Day Associate Member comp - had three birdies and don't know how many pars going round awesome!  Will update on end result tomorrow but reckon was a good eight shots below my handicap.

Sunday, 1 July 2012

Sunday 1st July 2012 to Saturday 7th July 2012

Sunday 1st July 2012

Up at 5:40, on road a bit before 6am.  9 miles run at a smidge under 11minute mile which is okay.

Is it me or does my route look like as a seal barking at the moon (not sure if seals bark but you know what I mean!).

Got back, kids all still asleep.  Started treating top of kayak with 303 Aerospace Protectant spray which combats UV damage from the Sun and also restores a little of the colour.  I think it's worked nicely.

Hoping to go have a play on the kayak up at Carsington later. If Phil ever gets up!

Eventually he did.  We went Donnington Market when he was ready.  Then up to Carsington and it was grand. Phil, Lucy, mesen and brother Andrew all had a go and guess what?  It didn't even sink!

Phil pounding the waves:

Have got a half width roof box to pick up tomorrow from Cheadle.  I met the missus at the Wayman at Threapwood - it's gone to hell in a handcart now:

I even remember playing there a couple of times supporting amongst others the Phil Littler Band!  Fame indeed!

Monday 2nd July 2012
Woke up way knackered but not to worry - 2.5 mile short run done.

Tuesday 3rd July 2012
Tired again, funny nights sleep following a funny day.  Such is life.

Steady five miles at 10:13 pace.  All ok.

Made a sort of paddle leash - its not perfect but it'll do for now!

Wednesday 4th July 2012
No exercise thus far.  Couldn't find any bloomin shorts.  Took Phil to work at 5:45, dropped his lunch off an hour later (buffoon). Into work for 8:20 funny sort of day so far, didn't mention it but it's 5 years and two days since I last smoked.  Am I over it yet?  No.

Thursday 5th July 2012
Went work at 5am as was leaving early.   Did work. Went to Lucy's parent's review, she done very well indeed.  Got back got loaded up with camping gear and kayak went Wales.  Marvellous weather when got there.   Fished evening tide - a flattie and a dogfish for my trouble.

Friday 6th July 2012
Weather gone bad!  Rained proper full on all day.  Got out on the Kayak good fun.

Went to Summit to Sea to look at some Kayak stuff. Lunch at the Wavecrest Cafe - very nice.  Weather cleared up a little so fished evening tide - dogfish city.

Saturday 7th July 2012
Weather gone good.  Went out on kayak.

Went fishing at Llanbadrig - didn't catch owt but had fun none-the-less - saw porpoises for first time in Wales - you may be able to see them in the pics below if  you click on em to zoom.  They stuck about for maybe half an hour when the tide was really racing - not sure if they were after fish or what - we certainly didn't connect with any!

Barbecue to finish off at night.  Think we fished the low tide as well but only had marginal success.

Sunday, 24 June 2012

Sunday 24th June 2012 to Saturday 30th June 2012

Sunday 24th June 2012

Have purchased a kayak -  wanted one, seen one, went and got one.  Now learning how to use one begins!!

Got a Kayak Taster Session booked up at Carsington this morning.  Will see how that goes and then might have a one day lesson to get the basics in.   Kayak taster session was an experience, the chap let me use a sit on top kayak like the one I bought but without the seat that mine's got so it was damned uncomfortable that said in an hour and a half I learnt the basic strokes.  I also found out that to launch from Carsington costs £5 for the whole day and that includes parking - think that's quite good!

We went over mum and dads after to pick up a cooker and by crikey it were an 'eavy one.  Any way job done, all good.  Next up was a 7 mile run which was very steady indeed as was starting to feel the residuals from kayaking in the morning particularly in the abs! http://connect.garmin.com/activity/192576169

Stayed up to watch the dire football - there's 2.5 hours I'll never get back!  What a shower

Monday 25th June 2012
Up early but mega knackered.  Did some tidying up and kayak sorting then a truncated 2.5 mile run as legs are knackered. http://connect.garmin.com/activity/192576173

Busy day at work then home, big tea ha ha.  Then 3 miles of golf http://connect.garmin.com/activity/192919894

Then me and Phil set about building a mini-frame for the kayak to be stored on. All done by 10:35!!

Tuesday 26th June 2012
After we'd done last night I read the Owner's manual for the kayak it said don't just wrap a tarpaulin around the kayak as it will turn into an oven and distort structure.  So got up at 5:30 and made a tent like structure to suspend the tarpaulin over it.  All good in the end but it meant no run this morning. In the office in good time though so everything else carrying on as normal.

Wednesday 27th June 2012
Up dead early to find an airbed as my mum coming over to baby sit for kids as we went to London.  Emptied everything out of the shed, looked everywhere, couldn't find it anywhere - turned out mum had got it!  Such is life.  Went to London on 11:15 train got there for 12:30,  lunch at Marco Pierre White (or whatever his name is)'s steak house in Bishopsgate, very nice indeed.  Then mooching about London, supper in the oldest pub in London apparently The White Hart which was nearby - bosskat liked it there too - very handy for Shaftesbury Theatre which is where we went after to see Rock of Ages.  Bosskat liked that even more so I'm the king of brownie points currently.  All good.  Apart from - last train out of London to Derby - set off at 11:15 good, got in at 02:51 so didn't get to bed til 3:45am !!  Cool but am in office as early as normal - all good.

Hell's teeth - did I mention that according to the website the drummer in the band is none other than Chris Maitland the awesome original drummer of Porcupine Tree (replaced by the equally awesome Gavin Harrison of Rhythmic Illusions fame)!   How cool is that?  Rock of Ages was like non-stop 80s hair rock with a very thin plot - bosskat wants to go see the movie so it will be interesting to see what they've added to it to make a film out of it.

Thursday 28th June 2012
Woke up very tired at 6:50, Phil gone to work already, got everyone up, got the cover on my kayak that Phil had taken off for some reason.  Think I've got a crate for my rear tank well on the kayak I hope, and have got some 40mm pipe for rod holders - watch this space there's a work of cunning design being planned right now...  After work went to Badminton only 8 of us turned up - normally you're looking for a space.   Anyway, considering I'd only had 3.5 hours of sleep I was very pleased to be able to get through it.   At lunchtime I went to poundstretcher to look for a box I bought one that I thought would be way too big to go in the rear tank well on the kayak but ... I think it's bang on.  Am going to check it out at the weekend.

Friday 29th June 2012
Wedding anniversary 21 years today, where's my medal?   Anyway, got her a card after Badmo last night so all is well in that department.  Had decided I'd better get back into biking into work so got tyres pumped up proper and made good time, was in office for 8:30 so I reckon I've not lost much pace.  Need to get back into the habit really.   Have left the Garmin watch on charge at home so no tracking but the usual route - think wind was with me coming but not sure - probably going to be a bit of a grind going back!

Good day at work, lot of ground covered. Was introduced to  Glenys Wilmott MEP in the afternoon who is a lovely person I have to say, very interested in our Cycle2Work scheme.  All good.

Anyway, was hard work cycling back into the wind and when got to Ashbourne it took an age to get round due to Olympic Torch chaos.  Such is life, picked Phil up from work as his ped had given up on him.

Happy to get to bed at the end of it all!

Saturday 30th June 2012
Did some work on the Crate - this is how am going to hold fishing rods on it when paddling out to sea.

It's basically a storage box from Aldi that's been hack a bit to fit as it's a smidge too big. It'll sit in the rear tank well behind the seart. In each corner there's going to be a 11" section of 40mm pipe to hold the rod slighlty angled back to keep it out of my way.  All good fun.  Didn't do any golf - John at a party, Doug carrying a Euro 2012 related injury.  Had enough to do anyway.

Sunday, 17 June 2012

Sunday 17th June 2012 to Saturday 23rd June 2012

Sunday 17th June 2012
Up early going for a run at 7:15 I've decided . Just got to get some h20 in me to counteract the lagers at Wing Wahs last night.  Hung about waiting for rain to end so didn't actually set off till gone 8 o'clock, less than a mile from home and sun comes out meanwhile I'm togged up for rain with a running jacket on so that was great.  Ruddy weather.   Anyway, did 7.5 miles this morning which is most for a while.
7.6 miles in fact: http://connect.garmin.com/activity/190217747

Went to Matlock Meadows farm, mum was doing Save the Children fund raiser so went along and supported, had a tasty boiger too. Nom nom.   Back home, bit of gardening, bit of watching footie.  Have fallen off the SW wagon a bit this weekend so some catching up to do I reckon.

Monday 18th June 2012
Up early'ish. Set off for run about 5:55am, got a hundred yards out and realised it was green bins day.  So looped back after a mile and put green bin out then carried on up town for papers.  Just shy of five miles so quite pleased.  http://connect.garmin.com/activity/190217751

Moved four more tomato plants out.  All good.   Moved some more flower things into pots in readiness.  Made a box for the callaways I'm selling to go out in.  Lots of good stuff.

Tuesday 19th June 2012
Up at 5:40 as usual.  5 mile run steady under 10:30min/mile pace.
http://connect.garmin.com/activity/190560793

Wednesday 20th June 2012
Everything quick, quick, quick this morning.  Big presentation at work so was awake from about 2:30 onwards.  Up proper at 5:30.  On the road about 6am after doing a bit of research work.   Only a quick four miles (quick for me sub 10min/mile pace),
http://connect.garmin.com/activity/190880489

Thursday 21st June 2012
Chucking it down with rain so decided NOT to go running!  Got into work early did some stuff.
Badminton at night anyway so not a complete loss!

Friday 22nd June 2012
Up earlyish (bit of a struggle but ok), was ready to run for 6am but piddling it down so just did a quick 2.5 miles at 9:30 pace.   http://connect.garmin.com/activity/191468176

Was intending to have a drink watching the footie on Sunday but went and had a beer or four on Friday so now am not having a drink watching the England match.  Such is life.

Saturday 23rd June 2012
Still over a month til we go Anglesey again.  Am hoping to go collect a kayak this afternoon.  That's my next big thing!  Upper arm strength etc.etc.   Up at 4am sent Phil on his way, back to bed then lie-in til 8:30. Up and about resolving wind damage, got car sorted for kayak collection.  Golf was shortened to 13 holes so could go all way to Norfolk to pick kayak up.   Well worth it!

Golf went:- par, double bogey, par, triple bogey, par, par, double bogey, birdie, double bogie but was very windy and played out of the tree a fair bit! http://connect.garmin.com/activity/192576163

Sunday, 10 June 2012

Sunday 10th June 2012 to Saturday 16th June 2012

Sunday 10th June 2012
Got up fairly early (4am) to make sure laddo got off to work.  Then went back to bed a bit.  Then got up and did a 6 mile run at cracking pace (for me) considering I'd done nowt last week.   Anyroad, all good stuff.
Run (only 4.27 miles recorded) http://connect.garmin.com/activity/187976775

Did gardening when got back; planted some more lettuces, more red onions, potted some peppers (try saying that with a drink or two down you, weeded the front border thang, put canes and runners in for six tomato plants that have been toughened and put outside in growbags.  All good stuff.

Took mum and dad and family to Stepping Stones for lunch and very nice it was too.  Then did a load of Ebay parcelling up which had to be done.  Then had a bit of tea, then went up and did just under four miles of pretty decent golf if I do say so myself.

Golf: http://connect.garmin.com/activity/187976786

Took this picture of a mayfly on the roof of the car - spectacular creatures they are, shame they're so short-lived bless em.

Monday 11th June 2012
Up a bit late.  3.5 average sort of miles. http://connect.garmin.com/activity/187976794
Went work, got back watched second half of England v France then watched bits and bobs of Sweden vs Ukraine.  Did nowt else really - very poor!

Tuesday 12th June 2012
Got up at 5:20 to get Phil up, he wanted another ten minutes so got up at 5:30 as well.  Didn't go back to bed after that.  Got onto road just a bit after 6am and got five miles done at steady sort of pace.
http://connect.garmin.com/activity/188207954

Got all mowing done when got home and watched footie -all good

Wednesday 13th June 2012
Up early as usual, didn't get Phil up until got back from running as he wasn't on an early.   Did the now almost-usual 5 mile run but battery on watch ran out after 4.5 miles not bothered!!

Thursday 14th June

Weighed in today - only put on 2lbs since last weighed before  holiday so that's more than acceptable after the beer and whisky drinks and other miscellaneous rubbish I'd expected half a stone to go on but am back in the groove and pleased with it all!

At 3:30 left office to go watch Halford Tour Series cycling event in Stoke-on-Trent.  Awesome stuff makes you want a road bike within five minutes of arrival.   Watched inidividual women's event won by  Helen Wyman from Kona Factory Racing who just led from the start and had made a 10 second or more gap within two laps and just held onto it for 40 minutes or whatever it was.  The blokes was similiar an Austrian rider called Bernard Sulzberger won it.

My boss John, who I went with presented one of the trophies at the end which was quite amusing - don't think he was expecting that earlier in the day!!

An action shot from off John's camera.

Where we were stood in Yodel's hospitality areas (is the start of the link below!).

Woke up mega early by Lucy as there was a fly in her room bugging her! Awesome, then got up again to get Phil up at 5:10am.  Stayed up but knackered so only did a bit over 3 miles this morning.

Forgot to reset my watch last night so the start point of the attached is the position we were standing for the Halfords Tour Event in Stoke,  if you zoom in on the Ashbourne bit you can see 3.2 miles of running up Ashbourne and back.

Saturday 16th June 2012
Steady sort of a day.  Up at 4am got Phil up for work, back to bed.  Lie in. Got stuff ready for recycling. Did a bit of minor gardening.  Made brekky for Lucy.  Fetched piccy b brekky for me and Phil, nom nom nom.
Went golfing.  Very frustrating stuff - waterproof on, waterproof off.  Played some good shots but putted like an ejit.  Such is life.

Went to Wing Wahs for Allysa's 21st.  It was very good indeed.  Impressed.

16/3.5
