Reduce congestion in a sweep!

Here's my cunning plan to cut out congestion in no time at all. Everyone drives little dinky go-karts as per pic below through fields thus taking traffic off the busy roads and freeing up the towns and cities. Cool eh? How come I'm the one coming up with the ideas Gordon Brown?? eh? All you seem to come up with is banning smoking and it's not like you bloomin asked anyone is it??? (Not that I'm bitter).
