Friday night and 150 miles for week is done and dusted
Have just been out and done a steady 12 miles at 14mph average which has took the total for the week to just over a 150 miles which is cool. One thing I've missed since I've been overdosing on exercise is reading time. I've found a bit of an answer to that now too! Have got an audio book on the Ipod - Neourmancer by William Gibson. I read Mona Lisa Overdrive many years ago and I think I enjoyed it so am giving this a try - it's quite good and makes the miles pass by quite nicely.
