Quiet monday - nothing to report
Did 30 miles on the bike - two runs of fifteen miles first thing and then 8:30ish tonight. Pretty steady pace-wise. Have changed the exercise regime a little bit - have dropped the number of biceps curls down to 200 for each arm at about 20lbs per arm - am thinking of getting some more weights so can do the same amount but more weight? Am also doing the killer abs exercise but it's not so bad now! That's all for now folks, oh not forgetting weighed 14st 7lbs on the scales at work - which is good as it's normally touching 14st 10lbs after the weekend - will see if it's still good come Thursday!!!
