An afterthought and mention for a local friend

Missed an opportunity on the Perfect 10 post to mention a friend John Parker who lives on the route. John has a family run Bed and Breakfast called Mona Villas in the middle of the Derbyshire countryside at Mayfield and I made him a website about three/four years ago. The perfect 10 route goes right past John's front door.


Mona Villas B&B is sort of left-middle in the pic above of Mayfield.

He provides great B&B accommodation at very reasonable prices, so if you thinking of visiting the Ashbourne Area (and there's lots of reasons to do so - Alton Towers is a few minutes away, we're in the heart of the Peak District, Staffordshire Moorlands is on our doorstep, Chatsworth and Bakewell are half an hour away). And a million more reasons besides I shouldn't wonder. Have a look at his website if you're interested!
