Steady as she goes
Rang a conservative 4.5 miles this morning. Felt like I had dead heavy legs but averaged 6.0mph, 10minutes/mile pace so maybe wasn't as bad as I thought. It'll be interesting to see if it gets easier when it's warmer in summer. Have made a mental plan that will be back on the bike in early March. Am going to give the wrists a couple more weeks off then it's back on the bike and back in the gym. That said, am enjoying running and the fact that it burns calories like no-one's business is definitely promising!
