9 miles done since yesterday's all clear.
Tottenham this afternoon at Pride Park. Hopefully, Derby will have a bit more confidence after two draws in a row and can get something from the match - not too hopeful though, despite their current league position Spurs have some serious players. Still there's always a chance!
Went out for a run last night did a steady three miles in a loop up town and back. Am off to do the same shortly and pick up the newspapers on the way, could make it five miles if run up the park I suppose but am testing out the leg which seems to be not too bad...
