New Breadmaker

Just 11 miles on the Fcr1 this morning went down the Punch for the first time since coming off and breaking my wrist on it.

Got a Breadmaker off Ebay yesterday for £20 - set it up to do a loaf overnight and hey presto result with the first go. Well pleased.

Whished my bread maker produced results like that my three attempts ended up in three lumps of inedible concrete !

Hi Nicola,
I just left a comment on your blog, what's the chances of that!

Bread makers are dead easy as soon as you throw the manual out of the window. I found some good recipes on the net, modified them a little bit and then it works every time (apart from when you forget to put yeast in at the end - that's a bit of a major error is that!).

I think I've put a few of the small recipes I've done on already and I'll put the big un on later. Have to be careful and ration the bread though it can make a mess of good food optimising habits!
All the best
Paul

Bread is a danger food for me, cause the butter is so tempting, but i am going to dig my bread maker out over the weekend, and give it a go !
